Dublin Doors

Dublin is renowned for its beautiful Georgian architecture – in particular the doors – and the home we shot this week on the outskirts of the “Fair City” was no exception !!!

The sun shone and so we were delighted to get a nice shot of the elegant door…

Inside, we were back to full blown interior work as normal…
One of the first pictures taken in the kitchen of Karen and David Dalton's Victorian terrace in the Sandycove area of Dublin.
.. which meant lots of pushing & shoving to get it right for the camera – and cans of Coke too 🙂

Anyway, in this case our aim was to capture the stylish mix of old & new that has transformed this elegant old house into a modern day family home.

So a big thank you to MaoilĂosa Reynolds, the architect who designed this great kitchen extension…

.. and who also recommended this house to us.

Plus a big thanks to the owners, especially Karen here…

.. for making us feel so welcome.
