Bring more to the table…

.. than just a few small finishing touches.

Most of the time when Marie is styling for an interior photoshoot, it’s just about adding finishing touches and generally making a home look as good as possible. So once Marie has done her bit, I then swing into action – and between the two of us, we tweak things for the final image.

However, on this occasion, Marie did a lot more than just tweaking for the shoot – she actually did more of a full blown interior design job for a friend – which you can see below:

Working with a surprisingly modest budget too – I have got to say – the transformation was pretty amazing !!

So well done Marie – a huge pat on the back goes out to you here – as you most certainly brought a lot more to the table, than just a few small finishing touches on this one 🙂

  7. When do you think this Real Estate market will go back in a positive direction? Or is it still too early to tell? We are seeing a lot of housing foreclosures in Altamonte Springs Florida. What about you? Would love to get your feedback on this.

    • Still to early to tell on this side of the pond; however, the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR) said…

“It now looks as though 2012 will be the year when the euro starts to break up”

.. which doesn’t mean good news across the board, as the knock on effect will hit us all at some point – and so, it could be 10 years or more before we start to see an up-turn if that happens.

Still, we do our best to help others get the best deal possible – by providing them with images that will maximise their marketing material – so in most cases to date, they are at least getting a lot of people through the door and as a result, they are getting offers close to ‘the asking price’ – so that’s good news.
